Leadership meeting, Wednesday 21 October.

Jonas Berg (Head of School): This has been open since May. A 5 in one room is a 3 in the next, and nobody can say who decides.

Anna Vester (DP coordinator): Then each subject group agrees the standard on one shared task, marked blind first. If a grade has to change, it changes after moderation, not before.

Marco Ellison (MYP coordinator): MYP 5 does the same, so students arriving in DP 1 meet one standard.

Jonas Berg (Head of School): The decision is that each subject group agrees the standard on one shared task, marked blind and then moderated, and a teacher's grade changes only after moderation, because the same work is getting different grades. Anna Vester owns it. It is due by 18 Dec 2026.
